Founded in Redmond, WA in 2020
Andrew Trappen, Founder and Principal Executive Recruiter started his career in Silicon Valley Agencies, later launching Cisco System's first Exec Recruiting function. After the Dotcom bust of 2002, he was hired and relocated by Microsoft to hire their 1st Divisional CFOs. Finally. after years of corporate life, he launched Hire Groove to meet the needs of more clients in his unique and highly successful way.
